Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange any of the discount hunting supplies, outdoor equipment, or camping gear purchased from our discount hunting and sporting goods store, please contact our customer service department by email at jeff@outdoorsportsdepot.com or phone at 888-988-6373 to receive a return authorization number and shipping information.

We accept returns of most new, in box items if they are returned within in 30 days from the purchase date. Items that are returned after this time period will be charged a 5% restocking fee. When returning or exchanging unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. Please note that we cannot accept returns on discontinued items or ammunition.

When making a return of discount hunting supplies, shooting equipment or camping gear to our online store, please:

Include a copy of your original packing slip
Note the return authorization number you receive from our customer service department on the outside of your package
Ship return items via a traceable tracking method such as UPS, FedEx or the USPS with package tracking

If an item you receive from our store is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping for our discount hunting supplies and other outdoor gear and shooting equipment through either UPS or the United States Postal Service. If you would like to be able to track your shipment, please select UPS as the carrier at your time of checkout. Upon checkout, you will be provided with a precise shipping cost based on items ordered and the distance the package will need to travel.

We are unable to ship products internationally including to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs, and FPOs. This policy applies to orders that include an international shipping or billing address, and we are unable to make exceptions.

Terms and Conditions for Restricted Items

Due to the nature of some of the discount hunting supplies, camping equipment, and shooting accessories that we sell, you may be required to verify your age for the purchase of some items. For example, we require that our customers verify they are at least 21 years of age to purchase restricted items including handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition. Additionally, our customers are responsible to know and understand any state and local laws regarding the items, which may be purchased from our store.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions when making a purchase, you are agreeing to the following declaration:

“I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, posses, carry, or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other item which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities.”

We do not guarantee that you may legally purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions above, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
