What is the shipping policy for your discount hunting gear and outdoor equipment?

We use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship any order of discount hunting gear, camping equipment, or shooting supplies that is placed through our website. All orders placed from our website will ship from one of our warehouses within 2-5 business days from the date when the order is placed.

The cost for shipping your purchase of discount hunting gear, camping gear, or outdoor gear will vary based on the size and weight of the items purchased as well as the distance the package must travel. Based on your product selection and delivery address, you will be provided with a personalized shipping quote prior to completing your order.

Can my order ship to a P.O. box or foreign address?

No, our online discount hunting gear and camping goods store is currently only able to ship orders within the United States to a valid U.S. Street address. Therefore, we are unable to ship orders of discount hunting gear and other camping, shooting, and outdoor merchandise internationally including to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs, and FPOs. This applies to all orders that have any connection to international shipments including foreign billing or shipping addresses, and we are unable to make exceptions.

Can I track the shipment of products purchased from your hunting gear store?

If you are interested in tracking an order placed with our online sporting goods store, please select UPS as your shipping process. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will then receive an email that provides the UPS tracking information for your order and allows you to track your packages.

How do I return an item or order to your discount hunting gear store?

For a prompt exchange or refund of your order, please keep your packing slip and email or call us to obtain a return authorization number and the shipping information for your order of discount hunting gear or outdoor equipment.

All returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date or a 5% restocking fee may be charged. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns for discount hunting gear and other merchandise that were purchased by credit card will receive a credit to that credit card.

When sending a return item, please make sure to:

Include a copy of the original packing slip
Note the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging
Ship returns prepaid via a traceable method including UPS, FedEx, or USPS with package tracking

We are unable to accept returns of discontinued items or loaded ammunition.

Outdoor Sports Depot does not directly offer any warranties for the products sold through our online store. However, many products do come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to product information for more details on any available manufacturer warranties.
